My parents were deep in the Standard American Diet, dealing with disease after disease, and my own health was slowly following the same path. I didn’t realize how far I had drifted from feeling well until I finally hit a point where I knew something had to change.

That’s when I discovered what I now call the three pillars of transformational health — physical, mental, and spiritual. And once I started working on all three, everything in my life shifted.

Physical Health

This was my starting point. I cleaned up my food intake, increased protein, ditched refined sugar and seed oils, and started repairing my gut. I didn’t realize how inflamed I was until the inflammation started to go away. My energy increased, my digestion improved, and for the first time in years, I wasn’t walking around with that “heavy” feeling.

Mental Health

Once my body started feeling better, I realized how much stress I had been carrying. My mind was always racing. I had normalized tension and overwhelm. Learning to slow down, breathe, and actually allow myself to feel safe was a huge turning point. Healing your mind isn’t about “positive thinking” — it’s about creating an inner environment where your body can actually relax enough to heal.

Spiritual Health

Spiritual health, for me, means connection — not religion. It’s your connection to meaning, intuition, purpose, and your inner truth. When I began tuning into this, my choices became easier, and my habits finally “stuck.” It wasn’t discipline anymore — it was alignment.

True healing requires all three pillars working together.
This is the foundation of my coaching today.
