What is collected
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in a message. Nothing is bought from third parties.
How it is used
To reply to you, to send the weekly note if you asked for it, and to run coaching if you become a client. Your email is never sold or rented.
Service providers
Form submissions and emails are handled by trusted providers who process that data only to deliver the message. Booking is handled by Google Calendar under Google's own terms.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.
