You don't need more willpower. You need a why worth building your future around.
Six months of one on one coaching for people who want to still be capable in thirty years.
Coaching starts at $149 per session.
Who this is for
You don't have to be sick to want this. Most people I work with are somewhere in here:
- The stairs feel a little steeper than they used to.
- Getting up off the floor takes more effort than it should.
- Your clothes fit differently and you have stopped weighing yourself.
- You have plenty of energy in the morning and none after lunch.
- Nothing is actually wrong yet, but you have a quiet feeling that if you keep living the way you are now, you may not like where it leads in twenty years.
You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to know exactly where to start. You just have to be willing to begin.
Who this is not for
If you are looking for a thirty day transformation, a cleanse, or a number on a scale by summer, I am not your coach. This work compounds. It is slower than what you have been sold and it lasts longer.
What we actually work on
Coaching is built around four pillars. They are not rules to memorize. They are four categories that organize nearly every decision you make about your health.
Nourish
How you provide the physical, mental, and relational support that builds you up.
Defend
Reduce avoidable exposures and environments that work against your health.
Move
Build the strength, endurance, mobility, and daily activity that keep you capable.
Restore
Protect the sleep, recovery, and nervous system balance that allow adaptation to happen.
The most important pillar is whichever one you choose to act on today.
How it works
- 1
A free call
Thirty minutes. You tell me where you are and what you want to still be doing at eighty. I tell you honestly whether I can help. No pitch on the call.
- 2
Your assessment
We rate all four pillars together and find the one that would make the biggest difference in your life right now. Most people are surprised by which one it is.
- 3
Your starting action
One action. Not twelve. Chosen because you are confident you will still be doing it in a month, then built on from there.

Common questions
Do I need to be in shape already?
No. Most people start further from where they want to be than they would like to admit. I did too.
How much time will this take each week?
Less than you think at the start. We begin with one action, chosen because you are confident you will still be doing it in a month.
I have a chronic condition. Can you work with me?
Often, yes, as an addition to your medical care and never as a replacement for it. Everything we do gets adapted to your body and your circumstances, and I will tell you directly when something belongs with your doctor instead of with me.
What if I have failed at this before?
Most of my clients have. I spent years telling myself I would start again Monday. The problem was never motivation. It was that I did not have a reason big enough to build my decisions around.
Is this connected to a food product or a supplement line?
[Ben to answer before launch. Say it plainly here, whatever the answer is.]
What happens on the free call?
You talk, I listen, and I tell you whether I think I can help. If I cannot, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
What decisions would your future self be grateful you made this year?
Picture yourself thirty years from now. Whatever you still want to be capable of, and whoever you still want to be present for, is built out of decisions you make long before you get there. Every meal, every walk, every night of real sleep. None of it seems important today. All of it compounds.
One small change a week
No hype, no fads. One practical idea, once a week.
