Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 2 count medium apple
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ginger powder
  • 0.25 pinch salt

Steps

  1. 1Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl.
  2. 2Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the components are well incorporated.
  3. 3Lay on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. 4Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/ 350 °F for 40 minutes. Stir 3–4 times during baking.
