Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 count yellow onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp arrowroot
- 4 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2Process all ingredients in food processor until combined but textured.
- 3Scoop into balls.
- 4Bake 25 minutes.
