Ingredients
- 3 small red onions
- 300 ml cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 6 count black peppercorns
- 6 count coriander seeds
- 1 count star anise
- 1 count bay leaf
