Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp rib rub
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp garlic (grated)

Steps

  1. 1Rub ribs with mustard/spices.
  2. 2Smoke 3 hrs at 225°F.
  3. 3Wrap in foil with liquid, cook 2 hrs.
  4. 4Unwrap, glaze with sauce, cook 1 hr.
